Discussion Points:

  1. Strategic choice NavIC modules for GPS Functionality for GQC IoT Devices: Discussed the integration of GPS functionality for GQC IoT Devices tailored for the Indian market. Applications include asset tracking, specifically for mobile assets tracking of trucks and similar vehicles. Static Asset Tracking for Environmental sensors: Focused on solutions that involve static tracking of environmental sensor devices as they will be capable of providing accurate location data.

A comparative of currently available NavIC (IRNSS) modules and boards in the Indian market to be made - Ranjit

  1. Air Quality Monitoring device was discussed and was suggested to compare the performance of our current available devices for potential implementations in the Indian market with GPS capabilities.

Device Integration: Question raised: Should we connect the tracking module to a smartphone-type device or opt for an independent solution? This decision will impact the overall design and implementation strategy.

  1. Documentation and Publishing: it was discussed to outline the business process and project documentation approach since many places the documents are scattered on SharePoint and General Docs in GQC intranet resources. Hence it was decided to generate all the documents in Mark Down format for consistency and clarity going forward and the same to be forwarded to Melissa for uploading.

It was decided to make Minutes of Meeting for India for each meeting – Vedika

  1. It was discussed to implement Gantt chart for Process management and save it in a Markdown format.
