Week 4

1. uninstall postgres 14 on the VM (remove all postgres related stuff)
2. unmount the data disk
3. detach the disk from the portal
4. delete the disk from the portal
5. install postgres13 from the links sent by Jake and Sudhir
6. create a new data disk of 256 GB of standard SSD
7. update the location of the data_directory
8. add the IP addresses
9. restore the SQL dump
