There are five videos:

The beginning of the video, there is a footage when the camera is lowing into the manhole
The distance is reset to zero after the camera is lowered into the manhole successfully
The camera is not traveling in the center of the pipe due to obstacles
no clock position
the annotation occurs when camera is looking at the defect area and not from the perspective view of the defect (with exception of frame that broken got annotated)
The distance can be decreasing (locate at the bottom left)
The annotation places above where the distance is located
at distance 30.0ft, the camera is appeared to get stuck (abandoned survey)
The annotation of code is fully written out (e.g: Broken, Crack Multiple, Obstacle Construction Debris, Abandoned Survey)
ft appears next to distance when there is annotation
There is no access database associated with the video, it will be hard to capture continues defect

There are sudden frame jump:
- at 00:37 from 0.0 ft to 8.0 ft
- at 5:19 from 52.1 ft to 58.3 ft
- at 8:35 from around 68.5 ft to 74.0 ft because the camera was caught by root ball
- at 10:58 from 74.0 ft to 76.9 ft because the camera could not move (was caught by root ball)
- at 11:22 from 83.5 ft to 244.3ft. The camera started to reverse from the manhole (reverse inspection?) from 244.3 ft to 8.4ft.
The camera is not centered most of the time. There are a lot of camera movement.

There is no defect annotation appear on the screen.
