• Modified signal file so that there are no decimals in the quality
• Modify picocuries so that they are 10^12 and not 10^9 in the INP files.
• Create an excel sheet to change curies to picocuries for each plume.
• Created extra config so banklick and Example6_Final will no longer use the same config files.
• Worked with sudhir to come up with slide deck for Meeting.
• Attended meeting with Sudhir and Jake for Chama.

1/05/2023

• Wrote up tickets based on Meeting Minutes
• Went over Meeting Min with Deven and Sudhir
• Ticket Chama22 #10 Refactor method name step_swmm to iterate_swmm
• Discussed Optimization approach with Sudhir in the context of ticket Chama22 #11
  • Katherine's code does not run on normal PySWMM.
  • Wrote Ann an email about PySWMM
• Verified that Optimize is being used in Chama.
• Discussed database with Deven and Sudhir.

1/6/2023

• Got Ticker Chama22 #9 Add the simulation time corresponding to each step index to the signals CSV
• Wrote up the issues with Chama and using Unix timestep for Sudhir.
• Started Cleaning up code this is still on going.
• Got ready for meeting with SD1 and EPA Chama group.
• Attended meeting for SD1 and Chama Group.
• Wrote Up meeting Minutes.
• Looked into the Banklick Watershead council.
• Updated Tickets for Chama.
