1. Jira-fy some tasks
2. Update the Diagram so that the pipes do not move.
3. Check what level the HMI diagram is.
   1. Write out what should be on each level as a design document.
   2. Look at the design standards and get the new diagram in line with that.
   3. Make sure changes made to API have been committed.
   4. Start looking at the Opto client instead of API to interact with the database.
   5. Fake Live mode needs to be documented. Why we would want it and where it can be used.
      1. Keep a list of things to Demo to talk to Sudhir about.
         1. Demo Mode.
         2. Live Demos.
         3. Power Points
         4. More Branding...
4. Check to see what I am up to on streamlit.
   1. Get a list of tasks that need to be done on the streamlit so I have a clear path forward.
      1. Make sure the change for condition codes have been made through all databases.
         1. DNV
         2. EBMUD
         3. COV
         4. SD1
      2. East Bay Mud is the 1st priority. Sudhir did not like the powerpoint.
      3. Look into the Metro Models.
         1. Check to see if the Images with Metro model would be better than what we currently have for EBMUD.
      4. Talk to Sudhir about hybrid model.
         1. Is there somewhere we could get images for training what a defect looks like.
         2. The linemen have to be trained to flag issues. Is that training public and available anywhere?
         3. We are using the data we have available but there is no guarantee that the images we have will have every type of PACP or WRC defect and the models cannot train what they don't know.
      5. Make changes in the Compute MSI so that the multiple databases are handled with more grace when predictions are run.
