Sept 1st 2023

• Worked on running training notebook on SD1-114 data from GDrive under VS research. All the questions and answers between Pavan, Sudhir and Vannary have been documented under CCTV on projects site.
• Off the SD1-114, 71 are sanitary pipes, which we call SD1-B.

TODO

• Update sphinx documentation about not being able to see docs except in gh-pages branch on github or html pages from index.html.
• Update CCTV landing page that it is split into compute-canada and compute-msi.
• Add Vannary's reply to questions email to #6.
• rclone SD1_114 training zips to MSI > home/gqc/CCTV/SD1/Data/
• Update CCTV > Data source and destination with latest data from GDrive and external drives.
  • Get a list of files currently on WDBlack and Google drive
• Install VS_Research folder onto WDBlack (Check the rclone sync src_path dest_path after creating empty VS Reasearch folder )
  • Started run through TMUX, need to verify on tuesday.
• Download COV data to WDBlack / MSI - ask since we are downloading VS Research folder itself
• Clean and organise the names for data on WDBlack, especially SD1
• Search in Deven's outlook - conversation with Vannary about DNV data being deleted from GDrive and current status.
