ESRI JS SDK Licensing

We will need to create a Locations Platform account, get an API Key from it, and use the API Key in our apps. This will track the usage. After a certain point, we might need to pay for a license (if we surpass the free tier).

Apparently, we don't need a platform account. Now that we have a paid ArcGIS Online account, I'm able to create API Keys there.
